Old World Hospitality’s recent milestone, The Manor, is set in landscaped gardens and has been completely designed as a modern luxury hotel, where chic and classic design reveals the richness of local and natural materials. With the aim of taking stress out of travel in unfamiliar territory, it was developed as a small country hotel in the 1950s, in Friends Colony, which has turned to an oasis in the centre of the sprawling bustling city of Delhi. The 2-storey hotel set in landscaped gardens emphasizes on quality, understated elegance and the comfort is apparent in public areas contrasting cool Italian mosaic flooring with warm, rich wood paneling.
The contemporary luxury hotel is one of the 21 hotels around the world to appear in the Conde Naste Travellers hotel list. Tripadvisor.com mentions The Manor as the No. 1 Hotel in New Delhi. In addition to refurbishing the existing rooms, OWH intends to add few more rooms and is planning to open a unique spa and a new restaurant in 2009.
